KENNEDY FOSTER JOINS THE GAMEBREAKER FAMILY
GameBreaker is excited to announce that Kennedy Foster, a sparkplug on the field who is never shy about making highlight-reel plays, is officially joining the GameBreaker family as our newest athlete partner. Foster joins a growing roster of GameBreaker ambassadors representing the next generation of athletes shaping the future of girls flag football. She will be competing in the GameBreaker Aura Headband, our Virginia Tech 5-Star–rated protective headband.
Foster began her career as a freshman in high school, playing quarterback in her home state of Florida. After graduating, she played on the girls’ club flag football team at the University of South Florida for one year before transferring to Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale. During her five years at Keiser, Foster earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees while developing into one of the sport’s top athletes. In 2023, she joined the U.S. National Team and won gold in Charlotte, NC, at the IFAF Americas Continental Flag Football Championship, as well as at the World Championships in Finland.
A Rising Playmaker on the Field
Foster brings an electric style of play that makes her stand out every time she steps on the field. Her playmaking ability is always on display, but it was especially evident in a game during her junior year at Keiser, when she made an incredible one-handed catch that earned the No. 1 spot on ESPN SportsCenter’s Top Plays. Whether she’s creating separation, making big-time plays, or locking down on defense, Foster’s competitive passion makes her an incredible athlete to watch.
A Voice for the Next Generation
Foster represents more than just on-the-field performance; she embodies the future of girls flag football. In a recent interview, Foster spoke about how important it is for her to serve as a role model and leader for young girls entering the sport, especially since she didn’t have many athletes to look up to when she first started playing.
“It means everything when a young girl comes up excited to talk to you, saying she wants to be like you and asking how she can get there. It means a lot to me to be that role model.”
Through new opportunities, growing platforms, and the sport’s rapid expansion, Foster’s energy, authenticity, and love for the game makes her a powerful advocate for the continued growth of flag football at every level.

Foster understands that as the game evolves, so does the importance of player safety. “Obviously, we’re not playing tackle football, but we’re still going to hit our head—it’s inevitable. We’re playing a sport that is supposed to be non-contact, but there’s always going to be contact,” she said. With that in mind, protection becomes essential not just for performance, but for longevity. “If you’re healthy, you can play, and the longer you stay healthy, the longer you can play,” Foster added. “Your best ability is availability, and being available is being safe and being healthy.”
As more athletes begin playing flag football and competition continues to rise, innovations like the Aura headband play a major role in supporting the sport’s growth; helping ensure athletes can stay on the field, perform at their best, and continue to push the game forward.

Foster’s addition further strengthens GameBreaker’s growing roster of athlete ambassadors; a group built to represent the growth of girls flag football both on and off the field. By partnering with Foster and each of our athlete ambassadors, GameBreaker continues to build a community that not only competes at the highest level, but also inspires the next generation.
