An opportunity has emerged to join and add value to GameBreaker Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing sports apparel and promotional material to satisfy customer orders and promotional demands. This includes communicating with managers, co-workers in our art department, sales representatives, and customers.Responsibilities of this exciting role include:
- Brainstorming and mocking up uniform and apparel concepts.
- Presenting design concepts visually to clients such as high schools, clubs, colleges, corporate industries, and professional organizations.
- Communicating with clients through our online platform and adjusting designs to fit their requirements
- Meeting deadlines within time-frames indicated by the art department.
- Working as part of a team with our production and sales teams to complete the final product.
- Creating detailed production ready files to be sent to manufacturers.
- Create marketing graphics such as social graphics, collateral material for sales, and email templates for mass emailing campaigns.
- Experience with sublimation, screen print, embroidery, and designing sports apparel
- Adobe Illustrator – Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.
- Artistic Sensibility – Knowledge about design elements such as color and composition is vital for graphic designers. Artistic ability and creativity are essential.
- Time Management – An ability to balance several projects at one time and complete them in a timely manner.
- Technical Skill – The graphic design position requires the technical skills to use design software programs such as Adobe Illustrator.
- Communication Ability – Sometimes known as visual communication, the graphic design position will require the ability to effectively present ideas – both verbally and visually. You’ll need to be able to sell your ideas to clients and work with them to achieve the end product they are looking for.
- 40 Hours a Week.
- Must have a strong passion for sports.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range – $40,000 – $45,000
– Employee benefits, which includes 401k, Medical Insurance, & Disability Insurance.
– Tips from the Platform. (all customers have the option to tip the artist working on mockups. The tip function is up to them on whether it’s given, and the amount it’s given at. These tips are grouped and given as end-of-year bonus. Artists receive 100% of tips.

Position: Production Designer
Position Location: Remote
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- 5+ years of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

- Work authorization and residing in the USA
- Production Management experience
- Knowledge and experience with custom apparel production techniques, including:
- Sublimation
- Screen Printing
- Embroidery
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG) application
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Designer to oversee the full lifecycle of our custom uniform and apparel production. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, on-time products that meet each customer’s exact specifications.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong grasp of sublimation and apparel workflows. They excel at identifying and resolving issues before they impact production, and they can navigate between design, sales, and overseas factory teams with clarity and confidence.
Production File Review & Management
- Thoroughly review production files and order notes to ensure all specifications are accurate and complete.
- Verify that all callouts for colors, logos, fonts, placements, garment sizes, and custom modifications are properly documented.
- Reference previous orders to ensure consistency on reorders, including color matching and printer alignment.
- Review and approve test prints provided by the factory to confirm accuracy in color output, logo sizing, font usage, and placement.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in test prints before production, ensuring all design intentions and customer expectations are met.
- Confirm special conditions, such as custom inseam lengths or oversized logos, are represented accurately in test samples.
- Serve as a key liaison between design, sales, and factory teams to resolve any design or production-related issues.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback using both written descriptions and visual markups to illustrate required corrections.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines in collaboration with the Uniform & Apparel Design Lead.
- Standardize file preparation, color usage, logo placement, and workflow practices to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Update and refine guidelines as needed to improve efficiency and align with evolving production capabilities.
- Prepare customer-provided logo files for use in online team stores, ensuring compatibility across embroidery, print, and multiple color applications.
- Create production-ready EPS and PNG files for decorators and manage the setup of emblems, patches, and embroidery files.
- Ensure logos and assets are optimized for accuracy, consistency, and ease of use across all store products.
- Monitor production timelines and manage workload according to customer deadlines and order complexity.
- Track rush orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely approvals and file delivery to the factory.
- Escalate timing risks as needed and adjust workflows to maintain on-time delivery.
- Take full ownership of each order once it enters production, ensuring all details are correct and nothing is overlooked.
- Confirm that the factory has received all necessary files, notes, and references—including matching specs for repeat orders.
- Maintain accuracy in file transfers, printer assignments, and design specs to ensure product consistency and quality control.

As an Account Executive, you will own the performance and success of your territory through face-to-face selling and relationship management. You will be responsible for establishing new relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of sport by learning about their unique challenges and providing solutions to help their programs succeed
- Serve as an industry expert by educating decision-makers and building rapport with group leaders in your territory
- Attend coaching clinics, tournaments, and leadership workshops to promote GameBreaker and source new business for your territory
- Build a weekly plan of action and hold yourself accountable to that schedule
- Be flexible and able to work beyond regular business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Required Skills/Characteristics
- Proven success in a goal-driven work environment
- Experience in sports, coaching, leading or participating in athletics and  extracurricular activities
- Two-three years of experience in outside sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be an expert communicator with the ability to present ideas, thoughts, and data verbally and in written form in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently
