SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Standard UPS Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States, expedited shipping options are available. Some orders may be filled using UPS SurePost, in these cases the delivery will be made by USPS via normal mail delivery.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 6 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping can take up to 7 business days. Please be aware of local customs and tax fees. These fees are upon you to pay are not the responsibility of Gamebreaker Inc.

FOR ALL ORDERS:

Once your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center, you will receive a Shipping Acknowledgement that contains the tracking information. Further updates with your order can be viewed using this tracking information.

RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REFUNDS

DAMAGED GOODS
Promptly upon the receipt of Gamebreaker Product(s), each purchaser of a Product
shall examine the Product(s) to determine whether it/they conform(s) with
his/her/its Purchase Order. If the Products received are defective, damaged, or
incorrect, then, within five (5) business days of receipt of the Product(s), the
purchaser shall notify Gamebreaker of the exact problem (size, defect, logo, etc.) via email to [email protected].


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Gamebreaker is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the product is eligible for a Return/Exchange, you may return/exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the ship
date.


RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

● Returns/Exchanges are only eligible for BLANK headgear, if your headgear has any logos or customizations, then it is ineligible for a Return/Exchanges

● All items must be unused and all tags need to be intact

● All items must be packaged in their original packaging

● Failure to meet these Return/Exchange Conditions may result in your request
being denied


RETURN PROCEDURE

● Visit our Gamebreaker Return Portal by clicking HERE

● Fill out the Return/Exchange Form to request a shipping label

● Print out your shipping label(s) and affix it to the package(s)

● Ship only the item(s) that is eligible for return/exchange

● Drop your package off at your nearest UPS Store

● Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse we will then issue a refund

● INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

● Your refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Once we receive the headgear please allow 3-4 days for processing.

Some banks take longer to process the refund, so contact your bank with any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.


EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

● Visit our Gamebreaker Return Portal by clicking HERE

● Fill out the Return/Exchange form to request a shipping label

● Print out your shipping label(s) and affix it to the package(s)

● Ship only the item(s) that is eligible for return/exchange

● Drop your package off at your nearest UPS Store

● Your original payment method will be charged $10.00 for the return shipping label
($3.00 for every additional headgear returned). Gamebreaker will cover the freight costs for the exchange to be sent to your provided shipping address

● Once we receive your returned package another order will be sent out within 2-3 business days
