D3O® set solid and mesh sheets reduce up to three times as much force as similar foam padding without the added bulk. Only 4mm of solid D3O® XT out preforms 20mm of EVA foam in transmitted force testing by up to 60%.

What is Skived Vs. Unskived?

  • Skived sheets are sliced to size during the manufacturing process. These gives them a nice rough surface which allows them to be adhered to and overall a softer feel.
  • Unskived (Solid) sheets are molded to size, so they have a skin on the outside. This skin makes the sheets more durable.
